Deleting a Short Ship Reasons

1. When you first enter the Short Ship Reasons option a Select An Option window will appear; select the short ship reason you wish to delete.

2. Command options will appear:

• Change – Select Change to make changes to the short ship reason.
• Delete – Select Delete to delete the short ship reason.
• Exit – Select Exit to exit and return to the Select An Option window.

Select Delete.

The Short Ship Reason is now deleted.

Note: You cannot delete the short ship reason if records are found in history.

Note: The predefined out of stock (OS) short ship reason cannot be deleted; it can only be renamed.
